Returns are £2.50, this charge will be deducted from your refund.

Returns can be made 14 days after purchase if the product is in perfect condition, unworn and the labels are still attached. 

At Somersetbyalice we are paperless. This means to make a return you need to go online to process your return.

How to action your return

Make sure the items have the labels attached and the product is neatly packed back in its packaging.

Use the Royal Mail portal to log your return. Make a Return.

Fill in your order number, select your items and reason for returning them to us.

You can then print this out and attach to your parcel or use the QR code at the post office where they will print a label.

Make sure you keep your receipt from the post office/drop off point.

International Returns
Returns from ROI, USA or Australia need to be arranged by the customer and the costs covered by the customer. We have increased our return period to 30 days to allow for a longer delivery period.
